Youxin Technology Ltd Completes Acquisition of Celnet

Youxin Technology (Nasdaq: YAAS), a SaaS and PaaS provider for retail digital transformation, completed its previously announced acquisition of Celnet Technology, a provider of information integration and management solutions and the largest Salesforce.com partner in China. Following closing on October 29, 2025, Youxin holds 51% of Celnet. The company says the deal is a key step in its expansion and internationalization plans, aiming to deliver advanced AI‑driven enterprise solutions by combining Youxin’s cloud platforms with Celnet’s CRM expertise. Youxin expects the acquisition to contribute roughly $1.3 million in revenue in the first half of fiscal 2026, which it estimates would represent a significant year‑over‑year increase. Management said the combination should enhance innovation and support entry into global markets.
