PEC Ltd shareholders approved a US$160 million acquisition by Alliance Energy Services Pte Ltd, a holding company majority owned by Liberty Energy Solutions Ltd, through a Scheme of Arrangement. Following court sanction, PEC will be delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange.
