Epicsoft Asia Pte. Ltd. Announces Close of Offer for Ban Leong Technologies Limited with Compulsory Acquisition and Delisting to follow

Epicsoft Asia Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCL Global Pte. Ltd., has closed its voluntary unconditional cash offer for Ban Leong Technologies Limited, acquiring approximately 96.59% of shares. As public float falls below 10%, trading will be suspended and Epicsoft intends to compulsorily acquire remaining shares and delist Ban Leong from SGX-ST.
