Spirit AeroSystems Announces Definitive Agreement with CTRM for Acquisition of Facility in Subang, Malaysia

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. has entered into a purchase agreement to sell its Subang, Malaysia facility and businesses to Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CTRM) for $95.2 million, subject to customary adjustments.
