EVO Entertainment has acquired the former Xscape Theatre property located at 26616 FM 1093 in Katy-Fulshear, Texas, for an undisclosed amount. This transaction marks a significant expansion for EVO Entertainment as it plans to redevelop the site into a nearly 70,000-square-foot entertainment destination. Construction is expected to commence shortly, with the venue slated to open in Summer 2027.
