EQT has completed the acquisition of Niwas Housing Finance Limited (formerly IndoStar Home Finance) from IndoStar Capital Finance Limited through its BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth Partnership fund. EQT will invest INR 5 billion (USD 58 million) as growth capital to support Niwas' geographic expansion and digital capabilities.
