MRI Software, a global real estate solutions provider, has acquired Melbourne-based Proptech Labs, a software company specializing in property management solutions for Australia and New Zealand. The acquisition aims to integrate Proptech Labs' capabilities with MRI's existing Property Tree and Palace platforms to offer enhanced functionality including maintenance, invoicing, key management, inspection management, and AI-driven automation.
