T.D. Williamson (TDW), a global pipeline infrastructure technology and services company, announced a strategic investment from funds managed by Apollo. SCF Partners, which acquired TDW in June 2022, will retain majority ownership. The investment aims to support TDW's growth initiatives in pipeline maintenance and integrity solutions.
