CRScube acquires Mednet to expand global eClinical capabilities

CRScube, a Korean eClinical solutions provider, has acquired Mednet, a US-based healthcare technology company, to enhance its global presence and expand into the North American market. The acquisition combines complementary strengths in eClinical technology, including SaaS solutions for clinical trials.
